1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfill orders and operate the site:
- Order details: the public username, channel URL, or post link you submit, the platform, the service, and the quantity.
- Contact email: used to send your receipt and order updates.
- Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number; we only receive a confirmation token and the last four digits.
- Public profile data: when you use the in-site profile search, we query third-party data providers to display the public information on your account (name, avatar, follower count, bio). We do not log into your account and we never ask for your password.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the Service you purchased to the Target you submitted.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, delivery status, support replies).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks.
- To improve the site, our packages, and customer support.
We do not use your data for behavioral advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
3. Subprocessors and integrations
We share data only with vendors that help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Apify: public profile lookups for the in-site search.
- Hosting and database: infrastructure used to run the site and store order records.
- Email delivery: for receipts and support replies.
4. Retention
- Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide support, handle disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
- Server logs are rotated and deleted on a rolling basis.
- You can request deletion of your personal data at any time (see "Your rights").
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to work (for example, to remember a checkout session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to production systems, and a payment flow that keeps card data entirely with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to incidents.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@socialpeak.com from the address you used at checkout.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for those transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email.
