1. About SocialPeak
SocialPeak ("we", "us", "our") provides marketing services that deliver followers, likes, views, subscribers and similar engagement ("Services") to public social media accounts and content URLs you submit ("Target"). This page is maintained by SocialPeak to set out the terms that apply when you use the site or buy a package.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You must either own the Target you submit or have the explicit permission of its owner. You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail you enter at checkout.
3. Orders and pricing
- All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable processing fees unless stated otherwise.
- An order is accepted only after successful payment and confirmation on screen.
- We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or violation of these terms. Declined orders are refunded in full.
- We may change pricing, package sizes, or available Services at any time. Changes apply to new orders only.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is drip-fed over a window appropriate to the package size, typically 24 to 72 hours.
- We deliver to the Target exactly as submitted. You are responsible for entering the correct username, channel URL, or post link. We are not liable for delivery sent to the wrong Target due to inaccurate input.
- The Target must remain public and accessible for the entire delivery window. If the Target is set to private, deleted, renamed, or otherwise made unreachable, delivery is treated as completed and no refund is due for the affected portion.
5. Refund policy
Refunds are available only in the following two cases:
- Delivery has not started within 72 hours of order confirmation.
- Less than 50% of the ordered quantity has been delivered after the delivery window closes.
In case (2), the refund is pro-rated for the undelivered portion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Orders that meet or exceed 50% delivery, or that started within 72 hours, are not eligible for a refund. See the full Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Submit a Target you do not own or are not authorized to promote.
- Promote content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
- Attempt to chargeback, reverse, or otherwise dispute a payment for an order that has been delivered in line with this agreement.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or rebrand the Services without a written agreement.
7. Platform risk and disclaimers
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other third-party platforms have their own terms of service. Use of growth services exists in a grey area on those platforms and is not endorsed by them. We design our delivery patterns to be safe, but we cannot guarantee how a third-party platform will treat any given account. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialPeak's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost audience, account restrictions, or platform actions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (refunds, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
